I am a Nei Gong instructor with Lotus Nei Gong.

Born in Africa, from early childhood I had the chance to live among different cultures, getting to know local customs and beliefs, moving gradually north through Greece and finally reaching Poland at the end of the communist era (PRL). Despite my young age, thanks to a colourful upbringing, I was aware of the world I was getting to know.

Our family home was always open to learning and to every kind of knowledge- especially ancient knowledge. Thanks to a large home library and the gnosis around me, as well as teachings passed on directly over several generations, I was able to become familiar with the arcana of past achievements, thought and philosophy.

As a child and a teenager I was interested in many sports and was always physically active. I also belonged to the scouting association and to so-called survival groups.

As an adult, after an injury that made further strength training impossible, I met, quite by chance, a lover of Tai Chi (Taiji), who began to introduce me to the arcana of this fascinating art. Thanks to modern technology and access to the internet I began to look deeper into Daoist subjects and to train Qi Gong as well, and after only a year I found my way to the first Lotus Nei Gong class, in 2014, where I trained under Neil Lodge.

Thanks to the remarkable generosity of the school's founder, Damo Mitchell, in sharing knowledge that until then had been reserved for Chinese students behind closed doors, and in making these teachings available in a very clear way, I began, with full devotion and enthusiasm, to attend all the regular classes and to take part in the recurring Qi Gong, Nei Gong and Taijiquan events- the last of these mostly led by Paul Mitchell.

In 2019, under the watchful eye of Damo, Roni Edlund and a group of senior teachers, I completed an intensive, three-year Qi Gong instructor course.

My training and self-development go on unceasingly. I am also slowly going deeper into the secrets of Chinese Medicine: I have completed two modules with the Zhejiang Chinese Medical University and, separately, a year at Xian Tian College.

I am also professionally qualified in Indian Head Massage (Shiro Abhyanga) and in Face and Skin Therapy 🙏❤️
